okay so i found DP4401e plug from blank from cps 1.

i am on version CPS 2 2.146.122.0

however when trying to update it says "no matching package exist" i guess i need the firmware now
firmware is R02.21.01.0000

and when trying to use recovery it says

[#24032] To perform this operation CPS is required. Please
reinstall CPS and try again. If you continue to get this
message, please contact Customer Service.

Yes you will need the firmware file in the cps directory.
