gateshead hatzola apperantly operates from the following

TX: 440.9125 MHz
RX: 426.4125 MHz

would my Baofeng UV-5R pick this up whilst awaiting for my scanner to be delivered or will i need a code ??

If it is a Motorola mototrbo digital system then no.

Its the Jewish commuuities equivalent of say the St.John Ambulance and/or Social Services transport. Has operated in Gateshead for years. Also Hatzola's in other Cities with large Jewish communities.

Would welcome a better or more accurate explanation from anybody in the faith.
