I have a Stryker SR955hpc+ radio, have just bought a Stryker 76nc microphone, but it's wired for cobra, can any of you guys tell me the mic wiring for the microphone, if you can tell what wires go in what pin number that would be great. What colour wire for what pin number. Cheers Dave.

Yes I've seen this, but .when I press the ptt button nothing happened, yes I've put .a new battery in.

When you say " bought a Stryker 76nc" is that brand new or second hand? only ask as if not new i'd suggest you check the Mic side wiring.

Looking at the mic wiring on the www assuming the wiring is std uniden as its cobra, to change over to the Stryker SR-955HPC swap pins 1 and 2 over on the plug

Stryker SR-955HPC
Pin 1: Shield (Ground)
]Pin 2: Yellow (Audio)
Pin 3: Red (Transmit / PTT)
Pin 4: White (Receive)

Uniden/Cobra
Pin 1: Audio (White or Blue)
Pin 2: Shield/Ground (Bare wire or Braided)
Pin 3: Transmit/PTT (Red)
Pin 4: Receive/Common (Black)

or get a multi-meter out
