Stryker 955hpc v1 help

Hi to all.i have a styker 955hpc version 1.i was on LSB transmitting no problem then on my next key up the radio shut off when I pressed the microphone then restarted on releasing the microphone.i have changed out the voltage regulator but no change I am ok on component swap out but anything more in-depth is a tad beyond my electronics capability .as I say when I key up it trips out then comes back on.hopefully it's fixable.
Any help or advice would be a great.
