UK/Mids on PTBM134

Post by UK-Ham86 »

Had a couple of hours spare last night and a rusty Beta 3000.

Very simple installation:

Remove the LC7137, solder a 10 pin header to one side of the empty chip pinout and 1 wire to the hole PLL Pin 9 was connected, no other mods or track cuts needed.

Plug in board and use CH9 switch for Mids/UK.

Sofware calibrated, no trimmer switching to get it on frequency.

Total cost: £5
