Any remaining analogue freqs in Falkirk / Bonnybridge / Cumbernauld??

I've just got a Baofeng UV-5RH (I know its not the best scanner) and would like to know if anyone knows any frequencies that are still being used in this area. I know a lot have switched to digital but there are still some on analogue and I'm wondering if anyone knows any.
