I wonder if anyone knows who uses this frequency in Liverpool, 440.175 MHz FM.
It seems to be some kind of road/traffic patrol who report back to the base "Tango Whisky"
I've heard the Mersey tunnels mentioned which led me to thinking it's possibly some kind of security/patrol for that but im unsure.
They're able to run PNC checks on cars and last night they relayed a message from Merseyside police about a stolen Porsche Carerra, this kind of activity seems to make up the bulk of it, checking cars out etc.
Any ideas?
440.175 anyone?
