It's for a Sadelta echo master plus with the slim neck, If you know what I mean.

Have you looked at others that are advertised on those link pages? you might get lucky and find some with smaller openings.
Options are spend a bit of time looking, buy something near and adapt it.
The ones from Knights are not genuine just near as.

If the holes are too big use a little cable tie to keep it on.
I have a foam thingy on my external mic for the car radio for phone or talking to Google
