Re: Luiton LT-310SDR
The Radio also has DSP Noise reduction and it sounds identical to those BHI DSP speakers. Watching the video above it seems to have the same volume issue as my CRT space. Which is even when the volume is on its lowest setting its still pretty loud. I wonder if it also has the same weak squelch as the CRT space. Either way its getting good reviews and is a hell of a bang for your buck. Tempted to sell my 706. I need one of these badboys

Re: Luiton LT-310SDR
At £105 it is good value but the shipping cost is a bit high and 7 watts on fm isn't great.
But it is very compact

Power wise its roundabout what most of the older gear was. You can always run a linear if you want more juice. I can conform they are tiny. Would fit in your pocket. Not that i own one but it looks almost identical to my CRT Space ''V'' version. Any smaller and they'll be posting them in an envelope. I expect British retailers will be getting them in soon. And i can see them being a big hitlambrettadave wrote: 14 Jul 2026, 13:16 At £105 it is good value but the shipping cost is a bit high and 7 watts on fm isn't great.

The minicom is slightly narrower than the others as it fits in my ashtray in the car the others are slightly too wide

Re: Luiton LT-310SDR
I wonder how many of these things would fit inside a HaM Jumbo ?

Re: Luiton LT-310SDR
For those buying and you don't get a programming lead. You need a RJ12 to make your own lead up.
Also. with the programming software you can adjust the volume levels across all modes. That should take care of your volume issue, wonder if there is something similar for your CRT @Buick?

Re: Luiton LT-310SDR
Software view.
Moonraker have one . No idea of Board revision ATLAS 10M Mini
Also worth noting if that some variants come with a standard Mic Socket.

Re: Luiton LT-310SDR
Possibly Dougie. My radio although it can be programmed via a PC its pretty simple to program via the front panel buttons. £17 for a PC cable. Not on my shift. I could make one if i could find the schematic. But as i say not needed in the case of the CRT Space radios. Good info BTWStronty wrote: 14 Jul 2026, 18:49
