I've been watching the on air tests to see which radios, old or new, do well at the difficult spots. My favourite chuckle moment was his social media rant, railing against "WhatsApp, Facebook and Instantgram (sic)".

A British eccentric, to be sure.

I'll be a fly in the ointment on this topic, the guy knows his stuff and seems a good tech, l think the bashing and pi55 taking of his personality has outplayed itself tbh.

Aye i agree. He's not done anyone on here any wrong to my knowledge. So time to put the brakes on it..
The man who cut the cable off his hoover and used it to make a choke balun. A good performing antenna beats a clean carpet :D
