FM SUPERkrunch - Input Resistor Value

Post by machineage »

Hi all!

So I just acquired an old FM SUPERkrunch.

It had insignificant output on testing, and once opened I found the culprit - the input resistor is charred and O/C. Does anyone have one of these to hand and can let me know the value / colour bands on the resistor?

Thanks! :)

The colour values are
brown ? black
Ignore the gold tolerance colour. So try between the possible range that it could be: 10 and 18 Ohms. Starting with a 12 Ohm -
it probably isn't critical anyway.
So that would be brown red black and any colour at the gold end.
Or any colour instead of the red. That would give you a resistor in the said range 10 to 18
