good evening everyone Does anyone know what the Ashford Borough Council parking enforcement Radio frequencies are also what system are they using and what is the best scanner to buy now In order to listen and monitor them as I have just had three parking tickets come through the post without a parking ticket being left on my vehicle over the last four weeks And apparently they do not need to leave a ticket on your vehicle CCTV monitor the streets they come running down take a picture of your vehicle and that's it So I need to keep tabs on them I'm just looking to buy the uniden SDS 100 can anyone recommend what is the best scanner to buy Many thanks
