Manchester Airport TIII systems

Post by milly »

Anyone set up DSD+ for monitoring the Manchester Airport TIII network? Likewise for the Affini Technology one (though from distant memory that one was single site and relatively simple).
Have a layover for a few hours next week and a headstart on the config files would be appreciated (PM fine if info needs to be less 'public')

sadly its not as easy as that Milly , never heard anything on the affini tech either in years but tetra was supposed to be in use on there also the tier 3 is a ras trunking system so constantly jumps around mate so you can't follow a conversation .

mmm...was two years when I asked. I did get to spend a bit of time searching but found only encrypted comms on the Affini network. The airport network was all in the clear with comms from buses, rangers, lost sheep, clenaers and the like.

I’ve heard transmissions on a couple of the affini channels. It’s very few and far between, but at some points it’s active for a short while.
