Anytone AT6666PRO - CPS 2.0.5. Dual Watch problem

Hi Guys,

A 4X4 loving mate of mine recently purchased an AT 6666pro for his off-road monster.

Not realising it came delivered as a 10m rig he didn't pay for the mod and ended up
sending it on to me to get it "straightened out".

A very easy mod (one jumper and a masonic button press) . At his request I added UK FM40
into BANK L

Additionally, he asked me to put UK 19 in as a dual watch channel. and it was then that I spotted the
CPS 2.0.5 issue - band letters K ,M,N and O are missing from both dual watch drop down lists:

When you activate dual watch the selected channel is correctly numbered but the BANK K
frequency is displayed , not BANK L .

I have emailed Anytone's Mr Xu and made them aware of the defect.
Hopefully a patch will be released at some point

In the meantime , "caveat emptor" (let the buyer beware)

Other than that it seems a pretty solid radio.

Hope this helps someone out there thinking of buying one

actually its worse than this

reprogramming certain banks causes banks M,N, and O to dissapear

saves it to the codeplug

file -> new

file-> open

reload codeplug

banks MN and O are gone !
