Stryker 955v2 clarifier and channel encoder issues

Post by Astro fantom »

Seem to be having issues with the outer corse clarifier on my 955 v2 and it feels quite loose and wobbly lots of side to side play and skips a lot when your trying to get onto frequency..
The channel encoder isn’t much better either just wondering if anyone knows where I can buy replacement parts for this and yes I’ve ordered from Stryker themselves paid for the parts and nothing has been sent and the payment hasn’t been taken either it just says my order is being processed and that was two months ago and I’m still waiting.
I do however know these encoders are manufactured by ljv in china of all the places in the world so no wonder they fail😂
Would be really gratefull for any help locating these parts preferably in the uk if possible cheers

I have a V1 955HP and it's a very solid build.

I think the V2 was a step down quality wise. Other than looks they seem to be a very different radio more akin to the Anytone 5555's and associated clones.
Never, ever, ever....bloody anything ever!

Far too many radio's to list here. But I do own a legal one...
