Kenwood TS-120S and PSU for £100..

just going to mod it for 11mtrs then sell it

A Yaesu FT-840...Looks in nice condition......Should arrive in the next couple of days when i can partner it with my newly acquired Gainmaster and an Inverted V....... Don't know what it's doing on that frequency..

they come with blue lighting

you mean blue frequency and a blue looking VFO and the 20amp PSU ?? yup thats the one..

thats the idea...
if the mhz mod does all bands then 45mtrs as well as 11mtrs makes it pretty more usable.
and switchable too, so not to lose 10mtrs.

Working in Sheffield yesterday and on the way home I stopped by and collected a boxed Icom IC-706MkIIG from LAM Communications in Barnsley. Thoroughly checked over, wide-banded and including a 12 month warranty.

My foundation course started on Thursday evening, so I'm tooling up.

i bought this jrc iv had it for a few weeks but s9+ qrm from next doors bt vision is spoiling my enjoyment of the classic radio so back to the drawing board
